RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Pursuant to DTI’s Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act 7349, otherwise known as the Consumer Act of the Philippines, consumers are entitled to either an exchange or refund, as long as there is a defect in the quality of goods or imperfection in the service, and such defect or imperfection is not corrected within 7 days from the time a notice thereof was given by the customer to Seiko Philippines.
1.) All requests for return & exchange must be communicated to ecommerce@seikophilippines.com. For easier processing, please include the following details in your request:
- Video/s upon opening the package with the said order already having the defect damage
- Video/s and photo/s of defect/damage
- Full name, Shipping Address, & Contact Number
2.) Note that all requests are subject for review and approval. Similarly, Seiko Philippines practices and keeps documentation of all the orders fulfilled. Requests may be rejected if:
- The defect is due to mishandling on the part of the buyer or a third party not under the control of Seiko Philippines,
- A customer changes his/her mind and just wants to return said item without mentioning any defects
- Seiko Philippines did not place the defective product in its Online Shop/E-Boutique platform even though it refers to similar products offered by the former.

3.) If the customer returned a damaged item and did not want to proceed with the transaction, he/she shall be eligible for a refund.
- For transactions paid through the available payment gateways, please note that all bank charges are charged real-time upon the checkout of the customer’s order. These charges are fixed and cannot be retracted anymore. Hence, upon request of refund, the charges below will be incorporated in the final amount to be given back to you.
- Credit Card (BPI Global Payments) - 3%
- PayPal - 3.90% plus 15.00 transaction fee
- PayMaya (Card Transaction) - 2.70% plus 5.00 transaction fee
- PayMaya (QR Code) - 1.50%
- All payments settled via bank deposits and bank transfers are eligible for full refund.
- Refunds may take up to 30 business days. Refunds will be made in the same form of payments originally used to make the purchase. In the event that the refund process for credit card payments exceeds the standard 30-day period, a manual refund may be issued by Seiko Philippines.
ORDER AND PAYMENT
Cancellation of Orders Policy
All payments, especially via Bank Transfer/Deposit, must be settled within 48 hours once the order has been confirmed. Otherwise, Seiko Philippines reserves the right to cancel the transaction due to non-payment.
Do you accept international credit cards?
Yes, we accept most international credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
If your card isn’t accepted during checkout, you may see a message such as:
“The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number.”
This can happen for a few reasons:
- Your bank may have restrictions on international or online transactions.
- The billing address may not match what’s on file with your bank.
- The card may not support the type of currency or payment platform we use.
We recommend contacting your bank for assistance or trying a different card. You can also consider using a digital payment option like PayPal if available.
Do your prices include VAT?
Yes, all watch prices include VAT.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We currently accept multiple payment methods to make your shopping experience more convenient.
You can pay using:

- Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)

BRAND AND AUTHENTICITY
Can I pre-order a clock that’s not listed on the website?
It depends. You may inquire about your preferred clock by emailing: ecommerce@seikophilippines.com.
Please note:
- Some Seiko Clocks are exclusive to other countries, which may prevent us from processing your pre-order.
- The clock may already be discontinued if it is not on our website.
How do I know if my clock is authentic?
Authentic Seiko clocks come with a guarantee card. You may also bring your clock to any Seiko store for verification.

Why are the items on your website limited? Do you have a full catalog?
We strive to keep the website updated. If an item is not listed, feel free to inquire via email: ecommerce@seikophilippines.com.
Do you offer price adjustments if an item goes on sale after I buy it?
Unfortunately, we don’t offer price matching or adjustments after a purchase has been made.

2. Scroll down and look at the lower right corner of the screen.
3. Enter your email and click on SIGN UP.
4. A notification “Thanks for subscribing” will appear when the subscription is successful.

How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?

SHIPPING AND ORDER PROCESSING
What can cause my order to be delayed?
Several factors may delay your order:
- Incomplete shipping address.
- Orders placed after office hours on Fridays or during weekends (processed on Monday).
- Unverified payments.
